Return and Refund Policy

We accept return and refund requests within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sac.infinitygoods@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
